They did not really workout for me. I was looking more for something that would work in a bathsuit with little support. These were not it. As far as using them with a regular bra l think they would definitely work to give you lift.

I am a 32A. The first photo is no insert, second is with the insert.
I underestimate the cup size but it is not a bad thing! My little 32As look like a B cup and im excited! I bought this for a swim suit which pads were oddly shaped. It is hard to get this in the little openings to insert because of how thick it is but it can be done with patient. It moves naturally like your boobs so it not odd nor can you see that its an insert. It look natural but the feel at least for me since i hardly have boobs to begin with it doesnt feel so natural. But only if you squeeze it (but why would that ever happen) if its a hug feel then it does feel natural.

This is a nice product for a smaller busted woman who wants some lift and fullness in a bathing suit, tight workout top, or in a bra that doesn’t have the push-up padding. It’s exactly what is pictured in terms of soft, squishy, silicone “pads.” Of course, the model didn’t need the product, so she is a little misleading, but for the average gal just wanting her breasts to be bigger/perkier than her rib cage, they are comfortable, moveable yet stay in place, and look natural. I do not believe anyone else would know they are there by sight, but by touch, they feel real.

Hey flat chested girls: These are great for slipping into the cup holders in your swim suit. On the left I don’t have the silicone insert in, and on the right I do. Notice the difference? They give me a little confidence boost and help fill out my swim suits. Great little buy.

I liked that they created a natural look. Although sweat will make them slide around. I will try baby powder or something inside. But that may give u cancer now or something. Idk I’ll have to try something. Cause everyone was like woah ur boobs. So I wore them at work and made money. So ok. Thanks Wish the side to skin was a diff material a no slide. I actually didn’t buy this product to wear in my bra. I bought it to fill space in a product I’m trying to sell. But I did try it in my bra just for fun, and it seemed very comfortable and wasn’t noticeable. If I was smaller chested, it would’ve made me look slightly larger…but on me it didn’t change much.

This was the perfect addition for my wedding dress! Any women who has bought off the rack knows! I bought a size 14 dress (My actual size is 0-2). My tailor worked her magic and got it to fit my figure, but the one area she couldn’t adjust was to bodice. It just couldn’t be done without ruining the dress.
